Badariyah Baharudin (Chief Operating Officer)
With nearly 25 years of experience in sales, business development, project management, and marketing, Badariyah bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
Her background includes roles in education, customer service, and various industries, focusing on sales, business development, and total project management. She have a strong track record of delivering results, including significant sales achievements at Adecco and Kelly Services.
Throughout Her career, she have worked with multinational companies in Singapore and Malaysia, collaborating with clients, consultants, and authorities. Notable organizations she has served include Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur, SNC Lavalin (M) Sdn Bhd, Safeguards G4S, and Pillar Consultancy Sdn Bhd.
Achievements
She has won several awards for her achievements in sales such as Best Sales Achiever Asia Pacific Adecco in 2017, Best Sales Performer for Malaysia in 2016, Best Sales Duo Award in 2010, Tops Club Award Achiever in 2009, 2008 & 2007 in Kelly Services Malaysia. She also has won few big projects in HR Consulting such as HR Transformation Using Big Data for FelcraBerhad worth about RM1.3 million, Competency & Assessment with Tabung Haji, Bank Rakyat and few Big GLC’s, Recruitment Projects amounting to RM5 millions with Few Big Banks in Malaysia and Soft Skills Trainings Projects too.
Fazrul Izwan (Finance & Admin Director)
Fazrul Izwan combines financial management, business administration, and strategic marketing expertise in his role as Finance & Admin Director at SHERA Consultancy.
Starting his career in the housing development sector before founding a digital marketing agency in 2018, he became one of Malaysia’s ten Google Premier Partners. His expertise in marketing strategy, media buying, and digital transformation continues to drive SHERA’s brand growth.
At SHERA Consultancy, Fazrul oversees finance and administration, ensuring efficiency and sustainability while also leading the Marketing Department. His ability to integrate financial strategies with data-driven marketing strengthens SHERA’s position as a leader in HR solutions and executive search.
He is an Ordinary Member of the Malaysian Institute of Human Resources, Member of Malaysian Mensa Society, and a Certified Google Ads Professional.
Nursyahirah Norisam (Creative Manager)
Nursyahirah, a graduate of UiTM with a Diploma and Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication (Hons) Advertising, now serves as the Creative Manager at SHERA Consultancy, specializing in visual storytelling, branding, and digital content creation.
With experience as Account Manager at IPG Mediabrands and Analyst Manager at Dentsu, she brings a data-driven approach to creative strategy, ensuring impactful brand communication.
At SHERA, she leads design, copywriting, video production, and content creation, crafting compelling visuals and narratives that strengthen employer branding and digital engagement.
Her expertise also extends to professional grooming, with certifications from renowned fashion brands and makeup artists, adding a unique creative edge to her work.
Lidya Nazief (Consultant)
A professional freelancer with career-long record of operations and business development experience in the Education & in FMCG industry specializing in business outsourcing. Recognized for demonstrating professionalism in directing all aspects of operations coordination, relationship management as well as leadership and natural aptitude for effectively administering and executing all aspects of business development. Her personal strength include negotiation, public relation, market research and project management.
